1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to:

• A refund or replacement for products with a major failure

• Repair or replacement for products with a minor failure

• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

A product has a major failure if it:

• Is significantly different from the description or sample

• Is unsafe

• Is substantially unfit for its normal purpose

• Cannot be fixed within a reasonable time

These rights cannot be excluded or limited.
 

2. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

Aura Bodyy may offer change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

• Return request is made within 7–14 days of delivery

• Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Item is in resaleable condition

• Proof of purchase is provided

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beauty products unless faulty.
 

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives:

• Damaged

• Faulty

• Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Description of the issue

We will assess the claim and, where applicable, provide:

• A replacement

• A repair

• A refund

in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
 

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing time may take 5–10 business days

• Your financial institution may require additional processing time
   

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Opened or used beauty products

• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

• Gift cards
